Can I customize my bedding?
Yes, we are able to customize your linen in a number of ways based on size, design, color and combination of colors. Please visit our Concept Stores and discuss about custom dimensions, tape and embroidery options, and other relevant details.
Can I change my order for a different size, colour or item?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend these details or make changes to delivery or payment methods, once your order has been placed and payment has been captured.
We can attempt to cancel your order. However, this can only be done within 30 minutes of your order being submitted.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can access your account information by logging into www.celciusbedding.com with your e-mail and password. You will be able to see all of your orders placed online and whether they are in process or have shipped. You will also receive e-mail confirmation of your order and notification of when the order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation via e-mail, or if your order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to make any changes through our website. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please contact Customer Service at +94 11485 8859 from 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.
What is the shrinkage amount of your fabrics?
Shrinkage will happen with any item made from natural fibers such as cotton. The shrinkage amount will range from 2-5%, depending on the fabric. Our items are made allowing for these shrinkage. Please go through the instructions and follow them carefully during washing process.
