You can access your account information by logging into www.celciusbedding.com with your e-mail and password. You will be able to see all of your orders placed online and whether they are in process or have shipped. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation of your order and notification of when the order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order confirmation via e-mail, or if your order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to make any changes through our website. Shrinkage will happen with any item made from natural fibres such as cotton. The shrinkage amount will range from 2-5%, depending on the fabric. Our items are made allowing for these shrinkages. Please go through the instructions and follow them carefully during the washing process.
